Features
Everything below is in SarvDrik 2.1.0.
Three pieces. All of them yours.
A Hub runs on your own network: it holds accounts and access, and relays every session. An Endpoint agent runs on each managed machine. An Operator agent runs on a support person's computer and serves the console in their browser.
Every connection runs TLS, trusted through the Hub's own certificate authority. Both agents connect out to the Hub, so no inbound port is opened on an Operator or Endpoint. The Hub checks each session against the user's role and grants before it starts, and authorises every action it relays.
Remote desktop & input
- Live screen viewing, fit to the window or at its real size
- Full mouse and keyboard control, including Ctrl+Alt+Del, also on the Windows lock screen
- Clipboard sync both ways (Windows and Linux)
- Multi-monitor support
- Shared Screen Share: a second operator can watch, or work alongside
Files & terminal
- File manager laid out like Windows File Explorer: create, rename, delete, upload, download
- Chunked transfers with progress and cancel
- Browser terminal with a real PTY on Windows and Linux, no SSH client needed; on Windows it asks for an account on that machine first
Fleet visibility & operations
- Machine inventory with online and offline status, hardware and software
- Monitoring checks per group: services, processes, disk, CPU, memory, ports and scripts, with alerts
- Live CPU, RAM, disk and network charts with threshold alerts
- Process and service management, event log viewer, network insights, Wake-on-LAN
- Asset records, software licences and change history, on an Assets page
- Messages to the people at the machines, through a tray icon on every machine
- Bulk actions: update, message or restart many machines at once
Patching & deployment
- OS patching through Windows Update and apt, with maintenance windows
- Software deployment and removal: MSI, EXE and apt packages
- Script library and playbooks, with redacted output
- Configuration baselines: Windows registry values and Linux systemd units, with drift reported
- Jobs for a machine or a whole group, retried for machines that are offline
Access control & trust
- Access is decided by the admin on the Hub, not on the machine: who can reach which machine, and with which tools
- Seven built-in roles, enforced on the Hub; what each role may do can be changed, and changes reach consoles at once
- Per-user and per-group machine access, revocable in one click
- Connection rules per machine or group: minimum agent version, allowed networks, connect hours
- Multi-factor sign-in by authenticator app or email code, where a policy requires it
Devices & compliance
- USB and device inventory, with device policies and blocking
- OS events: devices, security posture, sign-ins and removable drives
- Disk encryption and flagged software reports, with optional blocking of flagged software
- Session recording, played back with a watermark
- Reports page: nine reports and five regulation packs (CERT-In, RBI, SEBI CSCRF, DPDP, ISO/IEC 27001), as PDF or CSV
Security & reliability
- TLS on every connection, with the Hub's own certificate authority
- Hashed passwords and short-lived sign-in tokens that renew quietly
- AES-256 encrypted local storage, unique per deployment
- Agents reconnect on their own after a network drop
Audit trail
- Searchable audit log of connections, access and admin actions, in plain words, with a tamper check
- Export as CSV or JSON, and forwarding to a webhook or syslog server
